A dust-collector fan stops material dust escaping during unpacking; a vibrating safety screen intercepts lumps and foreign objects, and a back-washing device cleans the filter for material reuse.

Yes. It is built in stainless steel (SS304/SS316) with hygienic, easy-clean, corrosion-resistant construction to GMP standards, with validation support (IQ/OQ/PQ) available where required.
