Horizontal Spiral Ribbon Mixer

A U-shaped mixer with a double- or triple-layer ribbon agitator: the outer spiral gathers material from the sides to the centre, the inner spiral moves it back out, forming a convective mix. Excellent for viscous or cohesive powders and for mixing liquids and pastes into powders. The cylinder cover opens fully for easy cleaning and changeover.

The WLDH-100 … 2000 runs at 50–1000 L/batch. Actual output depends on your product and format, so we size each machine to your line.

It is supplied for 1.1–22 kW. We can build to your site's electrical supply on request.
